These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StoneAI — The Covenant Engine — provided by FanXus. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your organization.
Read this first. StoneAI is an advisory governance tool. It proposes decrees; it does not, by itself, act on the world. The decision to act always rests with a human authority in your organization. You remain responsible for the systems you operate and for every covenant you seal.
01Definitions
- Service — the StoneAI platform, APIs, web application, and related documentation.
- Decree — a content-hashed recommendation generated by StoneAI proposing an action for a governed system. A decree is advisory and inert until a covenant is sealed against it.
- Covenant — the explicit human authorization of a decree, expressed as an Ed25519 digital signature cryptographically bound to the decree's content hash. Without a covenant, nothing acts.
- Audit Ledger — the append-only, hash-chained record of decrees, covenants, rejections, and administrative events maintained per tenant.
- Customer / tenant — the organization that subscribes to the Service.
02The Service: Advisory by Design
StoneAI evaluates proposed actions and issues decrees. A decree never executes on its own. An authorized human in your organization must review the decree and seal a covenant — a signature bound to the decree's content hash — before any governed action proceeds. If the decree content changes by even one byte, its hash changes and any prior covenant is invalidated. This "approval brake" is the core of the Service: StoneAI advises, a human consents, and only then does anything happen.
You are solely responsible for the configuration of your governed systems, for who you authorize to seal covenants, and for the consequences of the actions you approve. StoneAI does not guarantee that any decree is correct, complete, or suitable for your purpose; it is one input to a human decision.
03Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your organization. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and the private keys used to seal covenants, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use at support@fanzunlimited.com.
04Acceptable Use
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated by reference. You may not use StoneAI to manufacture a false appearance of human authorization for unlawful conduct, to circumvent the approval brake, or to tamper with the audit ledger.
05Plans & Fees
The Service is offered under the following plans. Pricing in United States dollars; taxes additional.

Overages are metered and invoiced in arrears. We may change plan pricing prospectively on reasonable notice; changes do not apply retroactively to a paid term in progress.
06Billing & Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance; metered overages are billed in arrears. We accept payment through Stripe, PayPal, and Coinbase Commerce. Your payment credentials are handled directly by those processors; StoneAI does not store full card numbers or cryptocurrency wallet credentials. Late or failed payments may result in suspension after notice. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
07Customer Data & Ownership
As between the parties, you retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide, secure, and support the Service, as further described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. We retain ownership of the Service and all underlying technology.
08Service Levels & Support
Availability commitments and service credits for eligible plans are set out in our Service Level Agreement, incorporated by reference.
09Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT DECREES WILL BE ACCURATE OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS ADVISORY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT NO ACTION OCCURS WITHOUT YOUR HUMAN COVENANT AND THAT YOU BEAR RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACTIONS YOU AUTHORIZE.
10Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER FANXUS NOR ITS SUPPLIERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
11Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FanXus from third-party claims arising out of your Customer Data, your governed systems, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or the AUP, or actions you authorized by sealing a covenant.
12Term & Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within thirty (30) days of notice. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing term. We may suspend or terminate immediately for AUP violations, non-payment, or to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases and Customer Data is handled per the DPA. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 9–11 and 13) survive termination.
13Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which FanXus is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, except that either party may seek injunctive relief to protect its intellectual property or confidential information in any court of competent jurisdiction.
14Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email, and the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
